"Not totally convinced it's USA made"
Saw the label and didn’t feel fully convinced. Just wasn’t clear enough for me

"Packaging wasn’t great"
Compared to other orders I’ve received, this one showed up in rough shape. The box was crushed when it arrived, so the packaging definitely could’ve been better...

"Kinda pricey for what it is"
The flag was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but for the price I just didn’t feel like it was worth it. Once shipping and everything got added on, the total jumped up quick. I guess I was just expecting a little better value overall.

The checkout itself went through without any issues, so I can’t really complain there. But the shipping options felt a bit unclear, and I had to pause for a minute to figure out what I was actually choosing. Overall, it was okay, just not the smoothest experience

"Nice flag, but it wore down quicker than I hoped"
I bought a flag from starspangledflags.com to hang out on my porch, it looked really nice when I first put it up! The colors were bright, and it had a good clean look to it. After a few months outside, though, I started noticing the edges fraying more than I expected... We do get a decent amount of wind and rain here, so that probably didn’t help. Overall, it’s not a bad flag at all, just maybe average if you’re using it outdoors all the time.

"Got the wrong flag"
I ordered one specific flag, but a completely different one showed up instead. Frustrating since it’s not what I paid for. Has anyone else had this happen with their order?

"Frustrating lack of communication"
I had a really frustrating experience with their customer service. I emailed them more than once and never got a clear response, or really any response at all. It’s annoying when you’re just trying to get a simple answer and they leave you guessing. Definitely not the kind of support I expected.

"Shipping felt like it took forever"
The flag itself was totally fine, no big complaints there, but wow, the shipping felt painfully slow. I kept checking the tracking like a maniac and it barely updated, which made it even more frustrating. It finally showed up, but way later than I needed it, so that was a bit of a disaster for my plans. If you’re not in any kind of rush, it might be okay, but don’t count on it arriving quickly.
